Kit

It is the general teaching requirement for health and safety that applies to this subject. We encourage pupils to consider their own safety and the safety of others at all time.

Pupils are encouraged to change into a kit (trainers, shirt and short) which is different from the school uniform.

For safety reasons it is imperative that a special indoor dress code is followed for Gymnastics lessons. Under no circumstances should pupils wear trainers or socked feet on apparatus as this can be dangerous for the pupils or her/his peers.

For Swimming lessons the Highland Council Pool dress code is followed.

Pupils who turn up without a suitable kit are encouraged to participate if possible. If not they should do some study work or assist with duties in lesson.
